Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in preparing client documentation and reports.
* Maintain client records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Support advisers with new business processing and data entry.
* Communicate with clients and providers to resolve queries.
* Provide general administrative support to the advisory team.
Requirements:
* Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new systems.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* A desire to develop a career in financial services.
* 6-12 months experience in a similar role
