What you’ll be doing:
* Managing your own North West territory with autonomy and flexibility
* Visiting sites and networking with HR Managers or Operations Directors
* Building long-term client relationships where you’re seen as a trusted partner
* Driving your own pipeline and enjoying the buzz of new business wins
What we’re looking for:
* Experienced recruiter or sales professional with a background in the recruitment industry
* Someone frustrated with being tied to a desk who wants a more client-facing role
* Confident talking to business decision-makers and turning conversations into opportunities
* Resilient, self-motivated and target-driven
* Based in the North West with the ability to get out on the road regularly
