Residential Property Solicitor – Hassocks, East Sussex (Hybrid Working)
A well-established law firm in the South East is hiring a Residential Property Solicitor for its Hassocks office. This is a great opportunity for a conveyancing professional to join a collaborative, inclusive team.

Offering legal services across commercial, employment, IP, real estate and dispute resolution, the firm has a large number of staff across multiple offices. It’s known for its strong culture, flexible working and commitment to diversity and development.
Handle a variety of non-contentious residential property matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
Responsibilities:
* Manage caseload and meet fee targets
* Draft contracts, TR1s and related documents
* Complete due diligence and compliance checks
* Maintain accurate case and financial records
* Support client care, marketing and business development
* Ensure CQS and AML compliance
Your Requirements:
* Residential property experience essential
* Strong legal drafting and communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal software
* Detail-oriented and team-focused
