Are you a qualified Gas Safe Engineer with a passion for delivering high-quality maintenance services? Join DN Colleges Group and play a key role in maintaining and improving our estate's mechanical and plumbing systems. About the Role
As a Maintenance Gas Engineer & Plumber, you'll provide responsive and planned maintenance across our college sites. From servicing boilers and heating systems to maintaining water systems and supporting statutory compliance, your work will help ensure a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for students and staff.
Essential Criteria
To be considered for this role, you must have:
* City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 in a relevant trade
* Gas Safe registration (CCN1) and CODNCO1 qualification
* Experience in commercial gas and plumbing maintenance
* A full, clean UK driving licence
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out reactive and planned maintenance on plumbing and mechanical systems
* Service and repair boilers, heating plant, AHUs, and water systems
* Conduct statutory testing (e.g. PAT, fire alarms, fire doors)
* Maintain accurate records for compliance and asset management
* Support stock management and assist colleagues across trades
* Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with health and safety regulations
