Role Title:Police Community Support Officer (PCSO)
Location: Postings are available all across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight
Contract: Permanent
Hours:Full time (37hrs per week) on a shift:based pattern
Starting salary:
GBP 27,204 to GBP 29,859 per annum, plus additional shift allowance and weekend enhancement payments of around a further GBP 4800 per annum
We are currently looking for PCSOs all over Hampshire and start dates for new applicants will be approximately Summer 2026.

Qualifications
You will need to be educated toQCF Level 2
(GCSE at grade A*:C / 9:4 or equivalent) in both English and Mathematics, or have relevant work experience at an equivalent level.
There may also be a requirement and opportunity to study towards English and/or Maths qualifictions, which our Learning and Development Standards Unit will discuss, support and guide you through.

When you join us as a Police Community Support Officer (PCSO), you'll start on a salary of GBP 27,204. On top of this, you could earn around GBP 4,800 per year in weekend enhancements and shift allowances (depending on your shift pattern), payable once you've completed your initial training.
