Financial Systems Analyst
East Midlands | Full-time | £50,000 – £65,000
Chapman Tate is partnering with a long-established UK group that is undergoing significant digital and financial transformation. As the business continues to modernise and integrate its operations, we're looking for a Financial Systems Analyst to lead the finance workstream of a major ERP implementation and drive system-based improvements across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead the finance element of a group-wide ERP implementation, collaborating with Operations to ensure alignment and optimisation.
* Map, analyse, and streamline data workflows to improve governance, accuracy, and accessibility.
* Work closely with finance teams to enhance financial processes and reporting capabilities.
* Build and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and BAQs within the ERP.
* Ensure data integrity across all financial systems.
* Act as the go-to person for finance system queries, supporting knowledge-sharing and upskilling across the team.
* Assist with ERP upgrades, migrations, and new functionality rollouts.
* Document system processes, configurations, and changes for audit and compliance.
* Serve as a key liaison between multiple departments and business units.
* Provide training and support to end-users.
Skills & Qualifications
* Experience with ERP systems (Epicor experience is a bonus).
* Strong understanding of financial processes (GL, AP, AR, budgeting); finance/accounts background desirable.
* Proficiency with data analysis and modelling tools such as Power BI.
* Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Experience with system integrations and automation.
