Experienced Plumber Multi Trade required in the Yeovil area on an exciting disrepairs and maintenance contract with a busy contractor. To cover West region patches including Somerset, Chard and Bridgwater
Plumber Multi Benefits/ details:
1. Temp to permanent opportunity
2. £37,425 per annum
3. Van, fuel card for work use
Plumber Multi Trade Day to Day:
4. All aspects of maintenance work in social housing properties
5. Main focus on plumbing work
6. Disrepair and maintenance work
7. Dealing with customers, keeping them at ease when needed, explaining works
8. Completing a variety of works in various other trades
9. Driving a company van safely and responsibly
10. Reporting to your supervisor
Plumber Multi Trade Requirements:
11. Plumbing qualification or time served
12. Good multi trade experience
13. Previous experience working within social housing
14. Good attitude
15. Honest and reliable
16. Full UK driving license
17. DBS will be done for successful candidate
