What Youâll Do
* Lead the Guest Experience Deliver warm, energetic, wow-worthy service from the moment the first coffee is poured to the final cocktail firework.
* Grow and develop your team Coach, guide and inspire your leaders and emerging stars through 1:1s, reviews, training and daily support.
* Create a culture people love Youâll champion our valuesâWarm, Hungry, People Smart, Trustâand make your pub feel like a second home.
* Own the business performance Drive sales, manage budgets, forecast effectively and keep every part of the operation tight and efficient.
* Champion standards From the perfect pint of Estrella to the tidiest cellar to the slickest service flowâyou set the bar, and your team follow it.
* Collaborate with your leadership team Partner closely with your Head Chef, Restaurant Manager and Bar Manager to keep the whole business humming.
