As the Performance Marketing Manager (Paid Social) at MPB, you’ll take the lead in shaping and delivering our paid social strategy - driving customer acquisition (for both buyers and sellers) and growth in revenue, quotes and engagement.
You’ll be responsible for the performance and innovation of our paid social channels, blending creative strategy with data‑led optimisation to deliver measurable impact.
Working closely with the Creative, Content, and Analytics teams, you’ll build a testing framework that connects insights, creativity, and business outcomes - helping MPB scale efficiently, while making our brand stand out on platforms like Meta and TikTok.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Develop and implement comprehensive paid social strategies to drive growth and improve efficiency across acquisition and engagement campaigns
* Collaborate with the Performance Marketing Coordinator on daily execution and optimisation of campaigns
* Use data and attribution modelling to analyse performance and optimise conversion paths
* Lead the creative direction of paid social campaigns — translating insights into high-impact content and messaging
* Partner with creative teams to brief, test and refine ad concepts through A/B testing and experimentation
* Continuously test, learn and scale campaigns to drive growth and reduce CAC
* Stay ahead of platform innovations and social trends to bring fresh, innovative ideas to MPB’s paid social approach
* Work closely with the Paid Search Manager to align strategies, share learnings and coordinate cross‑channel growth initiatives
About You
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a creative, supportive and growth‑oriented environment, and is passionate about using data and storytelling to drive performance.
You’ll bring:
* Experience managing and optimising paid social campaigns (Meta and TikTok essential)
* Proven track record managing significant budgets with measurable ROI
* Strong creative intuition and understanding of audience behaviour
* Advanced analytical and data literacy skills – Excel, Google Sheets or Tableau experience preferred
* Exceptional communication and collaboration skills across teams and stakeholders
* Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
* A test‑and‑learn mindset with curiosity for emerging digital trends
* (Bonus) Experience in a marketplace or re‑commerce business, and/or certifications in Meta Ads
