Job Title: Learning Design Manager
Salary: £43,000 - £48,000
Location: Central London – 2 days on-site, 3 days remote
6 Month FTC – high likelihood to continue/go permanent
The Role
This is a great opportunity to drive the end-to-end creation of eLearning and blended programmes that bring strategic ambitions to life.
As the Learning Design Manager you will be working in close partnership with subject matter experts, senior stakeholders, and the wider eLearning and Events teams, to shape ideas into compelling digital learning experiences with real educational value.
Blending creative instructional design with hands-on development expertise, you will produce engaging, learner-focused resources. At the same time, keeping projects on track, and aligned with the organisation’s standards and processes.

Their online learning platform plays a central role in delivering education to members and other healthcare professionals.
Skills & Experience
* Proven end-to-end learning design experience, from brief to delivery (eLearning and blended)
* Strong instructional design skills: learning outcomes, storyboarding, assessment design
* Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline (essential) and ideally Rise
* Skilled at transforming SME content, recordings, and legacy materials into structured learning
* Confident working with SMEs and stakeholders to extract and shape knowledge into effective solutions
* Solid project management skills, handling multiple workstreams and deadlines
* Understanding of LMS integration and wider digital learning ecosystems
* Able to operate at a strategic/programme level, aligning content with broader objectives
* Strong communication and stakeholder management, including handling feedback and maintaining alignment
* Experience in complex or regulated environments (e.g. membership bodies, professional education) highly desirable
