Trouw Nutrition is looking for a Pricing Support Administrator to join our Pricing Team supporting both Ireland and Great Britain. This position is based in Belfast and is a 15-month fixed-term role to cover maternity leave. Inthis role,you willsupport the deliveryofaccurate and timely pricing activities,workcloselywith cross-functional teams, and contribute to the smooth operation of our pricing processes. About the Role Support Accurate Pricing and Efficient Operations Key Responsibilities Prepare and administer periodic customer price lists, quotations, and tenders. Maintain and update pricing data in ERP systems and internal pricing tools. Support quarterly pricing cycles, monthly activities, and daily ad hoc requests. Upload cost sets and maintain accurate audit trails. Executeroutineadministrativetasksincludingdataprocessing,documenthandling,andfile maintenance. Preparedataanddocumentationfortenders,quotations,andscenarioplanning. Respondpromptlyandprofessionallytointernalinquiriesviaemailandotherchannels. ContributetocontinuousimprovementwithinthePricingTeam. Skills and Expertise QualificationsandExperience Experienceinadministrative,pricing,ordata-orientedrolesiswelcomebutfulltrainingwill be provided. StrongproficiencyinExcel(lookups,pivots,filters). ExperiencewithERP/MRPsystemsorCRMplatformsisdesirable. SoftSkills:highlevelofattentionto detail,strongorganisationalskills,effectivewritten communicationandaproactive,adaptable,team-orientedmindsetwithawillingnessto learn.
