Key Responsibilities
* Manage litigated and pre-litigated clinical negligence claims
* Act on behalf of NHS Resolution and NHS Trusts
* Conduct investigations and liaise with clients, counsel, experts and claimants
* Draft pleadings and reports
* Meet financial and chargeable hour targets
* Ensure compliance with client SLAs and regulatory requirements
* Contribute to business development initiatives
About You
* Qualified Solicitor (or equivalent) with 3+ years' PQE
* Experience defending high-value, complex clinical negligence claims
* Strong technical knowledge, including CPR
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to manage deadlines and work both independently and as part of a team
