About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive
Office Administrator
to join our team. This role is vital to the smooth day-to-day operation of our office and will involve a wide range of administrative takes to support different departments, primarily HSEQ and Commercial. If you are a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide general administrative support to the HSEQ Director and Commercial Director.
* Maintain and update filing systems, databases and records and handle correspondence.
* Prepare documents, reports and presentations as required.
* Update & maintain Accreditation Portals for the company.
* Arrange & organise training courses for the company and manage LMS Systems.
* Maintain training records, inductions and certifications.
* Liaise with suppliers, contractors and service providers.
Key Requirements:
* Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Professional attitude and a high level of discretion.
* Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Desirable (but not essential)
* Experience with Accreditation portals such as Constructionline.
* Previous experience in using LMS systems.
* High level of proficiency in SharePoint and organising Intranet Systems.
* Qualifications in administration or a related field.
