Ensure the court and reception teams deliver Brilliant Basics and Moments that Matter by engaging
with and serving their customers authentically, and through a solid knowledge and execution of
industry standards and guidelines. Ensuring all activities and experiences take place in a clean, safe
and secure environment. Ensuring the guest arrival team consistently welcome and wave goodbye to
all customers along with commercial strategies to drive sales in park.
• Excellent customer service and engagement standards across the department, every day
• Ensuring the department is staffed to meet the needs of the customers and in accordance with
labour margins
• Monitoring the products and activities to ensure compliance and service standards daily
• To support and challenge the team to engage with customers, train when needed
• To increase spend per head by actively talking about/selling extended sessions, upselling and
advertising other products/upcoming events
• Staff training in all key areas, including inductions, service, activities and compliance
• Management of related compliance processes, standards and due diligence documentation.
