Vacancy Reference: 179594 | Salary: UofG Grade 7, £41,064 - £46,049 per annum
The University of Glasgow has been changing the world for more than 573 years and is one of the world\'s top 100 universities. This role sits within the central Student Learning Development team, serving the College of Science & Engineering (CoSE).
Responsibilities
* Deliver centrally effective lectures, online materials and one-to-one appointments to undergraduate and postgraduate taught students within the College of Science & Engineering.
* Develop students’ academic literacies and support students to become motivated, effective, independent learners.
* Generate innovative solutions to provide bespoke academic literacies advice and evaluate the quality and impact of academic skills provision.
* Act as the lead contact within Student Learning Development for the College of Science & Engineering, attend College Committees and contribute to the deployment of the University-wide Learning and Teaching Strategy.
Contract
Full time, open ended.
