This is a part‑time position based in St Helens with 24 hours per week on average, covering days and nights (mixed shifts). A driver is required.
Responsibilities
* Support a gentleman who stays active and enjoys experiences in and outside the home, helping with activities and meeting complex health needs.
* Assist with medication management, pressure area care, and manual handling as required.
Shift Times
* 19:00 to 09:00 (Sleep Night)
* 21:00 to 07:00 (Waking Night)
* 07:00 to 19:00 (Day)
* 09:00 to 21:00 (Day)

Pay and Conditions
You will be paid £15.60 per hour for days and waking nights, and £9.50 per hour for sleeping nights after training. A waking night bonus of £14.56 per completed waking night shift applies. This information applies after training is completed.
The client has a tracheostomy, a gastrostomy, and is on a ventilator 24 hours a day. Support will also include medication management, pressure area care, and manual handling.
Requirements
* Previous care experience is preferred but not essential; full training is provided.
* Ability to communicate effectively in English.
* This role requires a driver and a valid driving license.
