Groundworkers/General Labourers
Mint Northwest Ltd has over 25 years experience as a general building services company carrying out all manner of work from joinery, plumbing and electrical work, specialising in carrying out adaptation projects through to commercial refurbishment.
We have currently secured contracts working with one of the largest care home company in the country and as we grow larger we are looking to expand.
Therefore, an exciting new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Groundworker /general labourer to assist with this growth. The ideal candidates must be experienced in groundworks and it would be an advantage if you have experience in flagging to a high standard. You must also be able to work alongside different trades to assist with general labouring duties on both domestic and commercial properties.
Candidates must be experienced in the following areas:-
Be able to work within the bricklaying team
Flagging, General ground working and labouring duties – assisting other trades
A current valid CSCS Card would be an advantage but not essential.
A clean driving licence, maximum 6 penalty points, as you may on occasions be required to drive a company vehicle.
You must take pride in your work, have a flexible approach, be punctual and reliable
39 hours per week (Monday – Friday)

* general labouring: 5 years (preferred)
