You'll be hands-on across various areas including raw materials, storage, production, dispatch, and housekeeping — all while maintaining the highest safety standards in line with CRH and SHE protocols.This is a full-time role working on a rotating shift pattern of 6am – 2pm, 2pm – 10pm, 10pm – 6amDue to the site's location and shift times, having your own transport is highly recommended.What You'll Be DoingYour day-to-day responsibilities will include:Achieving daily production targetsRecording and reporting quality dataLoading/unloading products from plant and vehiclesEnsuring accurate and timely dispatch to meet customer expectationsSupporting continuous improvement initiatives across the siteWhat We're Looking ForThe ideal Operative will be able to demonstrate proven experience working within a similar production and despatch environment.
