Are you an experienced, values-led leader passionate about delivering person-centred care? We’re looking for a Service Manager to lead and inspire teams across our Harrogate services, ensuring high-quality, innovative support for individuals with physical and learning disabilities.
You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of services, promoting a positive culture of inclusion, continuous improvement, and digital engagement. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll make a real difference to people’s lives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, develop and motivate teams to deliver exceptional, person-centred support
* Ensure services meet all regulatory and contractual standards
* Use data to drive service improvements and champion digital solutions
* Build strong, collaborative relationships with families and professionals
What You’ll Bring:
* NVQ Level 3 (essential) and willingness to complete Level 5
* Experience in a social care management role
* Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and sector best practices
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
This role includes one weekend in four and occasional night work, along with participation in the out-of-hours on-call rota.
