We're seeking dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to support students with a range of needs, including autism, speech and language difficulties, SEMH, and global developmental delay (GDD).

Your Role as a Secondary School SEN Teaching Assistant:
* Deliver one-to-one and small group support to pupils aged 11–16 with various special educational needs (SEN)
* Support and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) alongside teachers and support staff
* Help develop key skills such as communication, independence, social interaction, and life skills
* Promote an inclusive classroom environment and emotional resilience
* Contribute to whole-school interventions in literacy, numeracy, and behaviour

Who We’re Looking For:
We welcome applicants with experience from a range of backgrounds, such as:
* Qualified or trainee Teaching Assistants
* Psychology, Education, or Performing Arts graduates
* Former youth workers, care/support workers, or social care professionals
* Individuals with experience in SEND, SEMH, or ALN settings
* Sports coaches, mentors, or anyone with 3+ months of experience working with young people
