A fast growing Insurance group consisting of a Broker, an MGA and a Insurance/reinsurance carrier are looking to hire their first Group Company Secretary.
You will be responsible for:
the design and implementation of the corporate governance framework
the creation and development of a Company Secretarial function
support board and committee meetings across the Group and its entities
coordinate preparation of Annual report and other regulatory reports
Ensure filings and fee payments in all jurisdictions are done in a timely manner
support and advise on regulatory compliance, company law and relevant corporate governance codes
Required experience:
Experienced Company Secretary, who has operated at Deputy Company Secretary level or higher
Extensive knowledge of the insurance/reinsurance market
ICSA qualified
