Responsibilities
In this wide-ranging customer service and administrative role you will be a key part of the team, advising customers, dealing with their queries, and handling administrative tasks. You will utilise excellent people skills along with strong IT experience, including Word, Excel and Outlook. You should have a positive and helpful approach with experience in a customer service setting. As Receptionist in our Care Home you will interact with relatives, residents and visitors, and deliver exceptional customer service while being a caring, enthusiastic and self-motivated person.

Qualifications
* Experience in a customer service setting is essential.
* Strong IT skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
