Job Title: SEN HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant) Area: Enfield, EN1 Start Date: ASAP 2026 Contract Type: Temp to Perm Salary: £150 - £180 per day Working Hours: 8:15 am - 16:00 pm Brief Description: We're seeking an enthusiastic and skilled SEN Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a welcoming primary school supporting children aged 2-11 with complex needs, including autism, PMLD, and SLD. About the Role: As an HLTA, you'll work closely with class teachers and the wider SEN team to support pupils' learning and development. You'll lead small group sessions, assist with planning and delivering tailored activities, and help create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that meets the diverse needs of each child.
