Job Overview
This is an extremely important role within our Transformation Office. You will be working as part of a wider team, with a small number of direct reports (three). This is a hands-on role, so we are looking for someone who likes to get involved rather than oversees.
Day to day you'll be:
- Working as an Analyst
- Managing a team of three
- Always striving for continuous improvement, keeping curious into new ways of doing things
- Keeping handbooks up to date with any process changes and ensuring changes are communicated effectively
- Working closely with the Finance Team regarding Benefit Realisation
- Full lifecycle involvement
About You
You will be a people person who has worked as an Analyst in a project/ portfolio team before and ideally has some people management or supervisory experience.
To be suitable you will be/ have:
- Experienced as a Analyst in a Project/Portfolio setting
- Curious and investigative by nature; someone who asks questions; remains inquisitive
- Keen on continuous improvement and can demonstrate this from your past work experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong IT Literacy ability, to learn and become an expert in IT systems (we use Wave)
- Highly organised, to keep the virtual office 'tidy' and arrange site visits and social gatherings for the team
- A social character who can quickly build rapport with stakeholders across the business
- A keen interest to remain 'hands on'
Package
This role will be full time Monday to Friday with a hybrid approach to working between our Durrington office and home.
