Located in Jewellery Quarter, a 15 minute walk from Birmingham New Street Station. Ideally located for commuting, with local amenities a short walk from office.
Cleaner - CSCS
JRL Group / Midgard ltd are looking for an experienced Cleaner to work on a construction site in Birmingham. This position is available to start immediately and we have long term work available.
Please be advised that we would require a CSCS Card or Certificate as the works are on a construction site. Payment is on a self-employed basis so we would also require a UTR Number for payment.

JOB DUTIES
1. Cleaning on a new build construction site. builders clean works
2. 7:30am - 5:30pm (1hr break)
3. £120.00 per day paid on a self employed basis
4. CIS / UTR Payment (No Umbrella companies / fees)
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
5. Minimum 1 years experience as a Cleaner
6. Current valid CSCS Card or certificate is required
7. Valid Work Permit / Right to Work in UK
