Job Description
The Global Partner Marketing Manager will be responsible for enabling and empowering IFS channel partners to successfully execute marketing and demand generation campaigns. This role collaborates closely with the Partner Marketing Managers in region, the wider marketing and campaigns teams, as well as key Partner stakeholders to ensure alignment and measurable impact across all partner-facing programs. They will act as the strategic conduit into the broader IFS organization, ensuring that channel marketing priorities, insights, and requirements are effectively represented and delivered on.
Key Tasks
1. Deliver partner ready campaigns, share with partner ecosystem and drive adoption
2. Work closely with central campaigns team to identify sales plays relevant to partners and collate campaign tool kits including necessary marketing and BD assets
3. Responsible for education and enablement of marketing and BD teams within channels to include Industry and solution messaging, campaign best practice and recommendations for execution success.
4. Provide a critical interface into the broader IFS ecosystem, championing channel marketing imperatives and identifying and developing the key assets and messaging channels require to drive demand
5. Share with channel partner ecosystem the latest marketing messaging, relevant content and campaigns though partner connect, email updates, webinars and workshops alongside regional partner teams.
6. Share up and coming campaigns and content plans with partners and support regional partner marketing to build plans with focus channels
7. Responsible for global reporting of pipeline contribution and engagement against targets and performance optimization and insight of partner delivered campaigns
8. Drive campaign adoption and usage along with regional partner marketing and ensure that best practices are shared and leveraged around the globe.
9. Educate wider partner ecosystem on B2B marketing best practice and develop IFS marketing/demand gen certification
10. Manage the production of content and assets that boost global partner marketing activities (landing pages, digital content, webinars and social media messaging)
11. Partner marketing Comms & Events and maintain SharePoint pages and campaign calendars
12. Promote partner-related activities at events such as Partner Summits, Sales Kick-Off, Connect, Unleashed
13. Manage Partner brand usage including IFS Partner brand guidelines, logo usage, website profiles
Qualifications
14. Proven ability in managing multi-channel marketing programs and understanding of B2B Demand Generation through the partner ecosystem
15. Ideally B2B tech background, agency or in-house
16. 3-5+ years of relevant experience with some focus in B2B campaign strategy and planning
17. Self-starter with a strong ability to prioritize, perform and willingness to get stuff done
18. Ability to influence and demonstrate new ideas via a consultative approach, working across cross functional teams
19. Proven history working in of Martec tools and ability to quickly learn new marketing tools
20. Confident and willingness to dig into data, analyze and draw insight and experience and understanding of standard marketing metrics and KPIs
21. Anticipate needs, develop strategies and innovative approaches
22. Confident, outgoing personality that can integrate with a busy team environment
23. Fluent English, other languages are always beneficial.
24. Undergraduate degree

26. History with marketing campaign creation and execution
27. Knowledge of Partner Relationship Management (PRM) tools; Zift preferred
