We’re looking for Recruitment Researchers to join us in our Manchester, Leeds, or Birmingham offices. The role Supporting consultants in developing search strategies to identify, engage, assess, and ultimately deliver exceptional talent for our clients across a broad range of sectors and business disciplines. Putting your research skills to the test using a range of tools, including our CRM, online resources, and word of mouth. Engaging with clients face to face, via phone and video, and by creating insightful written reports throughout a search. Proactive, self-motivated, and articulate individuals who are driven to succeed. Excellent organisational and time management skills, and an outstanding work ethic. Inquisitive people who enjoy learning and connecting with others. Confidence communicating via phone, video, and face-to-face, with excellent written communication skills.
