Role Responsibilities
* Design questions related to your occupation as a News Analyst, Reporter, or Journalist.
* Work independently and asynchronously to meet project goals.
* Ensure the quality and relevance of content for AI model training.
* Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance model outputs.
* Utilize your professional experience to improve training data quality.
Qualifications
Must-Have
* 4+ years full-time work experience as a News Analyst, Reporter, or Journalist.
* Be based in the US, UK, or Canada.
* Access to a desktop or laptop computer (no Chromebooks).
Compensation & Legal
* We can meet industry-standard compensation expectations for your current role.
* Paid weekly via Stripe Connect based on logged project hours.
* Classified as an “at-will” contractor to Mercor.
* Cannot currently support H1‑B or STEM OPT status candidates.
