We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Store Colleagues, where your role will be at the heart of our pet care centres. You will play a vital part in ensuring our customers have an outstanding experience that sets us apart and fosters loyalty to our great brands.
As a Store Colleague, you'll be key to our success by exceeding customer expectations, upholding top pet care standards, and ensuring excellent operations. You'll also build strong customer relationships, enhancing their experience with us. Shifts from 7am - 8:15pm. Will include weekends.
Responsibilities include:
* Providing outstanding, personalised customer service to ensure every customer feels appreciated and understood.
* Communicating effectively with customers both verbally and in writing.
* Addressing customer questions and resolving issues efficiently.
* Demonstrating eagerness to learn and develop professionally.
* Setting and achieving targets to improve business performance.
* Collaborating with team members to deliver excellent service and meet centre goals.
* Being flexible to work shifts that may include evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
