Responsibilities
* Assess the nutritional needs of residents and develop individualized meal plans.
* Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines.
* Monitor and document residents' nutritional status and progress.
* Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve residents' overall health and well-being.
* Provide coverage in multiple buildings based on company needs.
* All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.
* Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
* Hold a Certification/License in good standing within the state of practice.
* Knowledge of state survey process and compliance with nutrition care regulations (preferred, but not required).
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership to perform daily tasks.
* Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
* If multi-site registered dietitian, must have valid Driver's License.
