We’re looking for an Administrator to join our team and play an essential role in ensuring processes run efficiently and deadlines are met. In this role, you will handle a variety of tasks, from managing documentation and coordinating schedules, to supporting compliance and reporting activities. This role is based in Folkestone, Kent, on site 5 days per week and is a fixed-term contract. Key Responsibilities Strong organisational and time-management skills. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Education & Experience GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths. Previous experience in an administrative role preferred. Experience with data entry and document management. Familiarity with office systems and procedures. You’ll be proactive, adaptable, and approachable, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality are essential. You’ll bring energy and enthusiasm to the role, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and excellent support for the wider team. This role works Monday – Friday, 37-hours per week.
