Ensure personal awareness of all additional sales avenues, such as eventing, Omni, and digital channels.
Deliver the Brand Strategy by implementing an effective local plan.
Maintain excellence in service execution by establishing measures to continually and visibly improve service levels, fostering a zero consumer complaints mindset and a culture of surprise and delight.
Manage refunds and complaints in line with company guidelines, aiming for mutually satisfactory resolutions, and consult with the Area Manager when appropriate.
Implement a consumer recruitment and retention strategy to grow a loyal customer base.
Develop up-to-date product knowledge to ensure an industry-leading customer experience and that products meet consumer needs.
Ensure timely completion of deliveries, stock movements, and associated administration within company deadlines.
Adhere to all auditable processes and administrative procedures according to company guidelines, and take corrective actions in identified risk areas.
Respond accurately and promptly to all information requests within set deadlines.
Ensure all health & safety responsibilities and operational activities achieve a minimum overall grading of 'Acceptable' during audits.
Manage daily replenishment, taking appropriate actions as necessary.
Experience in a fast-paced retail and/or consumer-facing environment.
