Customers visit our café for various reasons. Whether it's a hearty breakfast to start their day or a quick pick-me-up for those on the go, we're here to provide excellent service, regardless of the order. As a member of our Front of House team, your role is essential.
With your dedication to outstanding service and knowledge of health and safety standards, you'll help make each day better. Your responsibilities include serving food and drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and staying updated with our menu and initiatives. Your commitment keeps our café inviting and our food fresh.

Responsibilities
* Serve customers efficiently and with care.
* Resolve customer complaints and inform the Café Manager.
* Follow FIFO stock rotation to maintain food freshness.
* Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations, keeping records.
* Accept deliveries and store food safely.
* Follow operational policies and procedures.
* Clear and sanitise tables to keep the café clean.
* Maintain standards and ensure food availability.
* Stay updated with business communications and initiatives.
* Know the menu well and serve food as intended.
* Prepare hot and cold drinks for customers.
Requirements
