Your Day to Day
* Act as shift lead, mentoring, coaching and inspiring your team.
* Be the problem‑solver, motivator and role model for the children in your care.
* Collaborate with multi‑disciplinary teams to create child‑centric care plans.
* Provide hands‑on support – from helping with homework to exploring the outdoors.
What We’re Looking For
* Qualifications: Level 3 Diploma (or equivalent) in Children and Young People’s Workforce.
* Experience: Worked with children in residential care or similar settings and adept at navigating challenging behaviours.
* Passion: Energy, resilience and a can‑do attitude that inspires others.
