The role is predominately based in Cambridgeshire with hybrid working and regular UK travel.
Key duties include:
* Drive strategic HR initiatives in talent management, leadership development, and organisational effectiveness.
* Foster a culture of engagement, inclusion, and everyday excellence.
* Coach and inspire leaders to unlock the full potential of their teams.
* Lead change and deliver innovative solutions that align with ambitious business growth plans
You need to be:
* An experienced HR Business Partner (FMCG/manufacturing/logistics experience essential).
* Skilled in driving change, engagement, and strategic HR initiatives.
* Data-driven but also a people person
* A natural influencer and someone who thrives on challenging the status quo.
* Committed and able to regularly travel within the UK

* A salary of £65,000-£75,000 per annum
