The Events Manager will lead and expand a high-impact direct sales channel, delivering standout brand activations across major UK locations while driving measurable commercial growth.
Role Highlights
* Own and execute a national events strategy aligned to growth targets
* Lead end-to-end delivery of pop-ups and activations across key venues
* Manage and develop a field-based sales operations team
* Build strong partnerships with event organisers to secure prime locations
* Use performance data to optimise activations, costs, and conversion
You Will Need
* Proven background in events, experiential marketing, or activations
* At least 1 year’s experience managing or leading a team
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects
* Confidence using data tools (e.g. Google Sheets) to track performance
* A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
