Equans is looking for a Contract Manager to join our team in Newcastle Upon Tyne on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle or allowance, bonus and benefits package.
What will you deliver?
1. Full accountability for the financial aspects of contracts/accounts including P&L. WIP and Debt Profitability is a main driver within this post to ensure we are effective and efficient on profit returns to the Business Unit
2. Ensure compliance with all statutory and company procedures across the stakeholder groups
3. Experience in using systems i.e. CAFM systems and operating systems to ensure stats are collated and reviewed for the business and customers meeting KPI/SLAs
4. Ensure that all risks relating to (SHEQ) safety, health, environment and quality are effectively managed through the use of RAMS, PPE, training and company procedures to ensure a safe working environment for employees, clients and end users.
5. Develop effective working relationships with operational personnel, business partners, suppliers and sub-contractors to improve contractual operational performance.
6. Develop meaningful and sustainable relationships with the Client and related Client organisations.
7. Manage the client service delivery, which is spread over a number of locations, by ensuring all available resources work in a collaborative manner.
8. Work with the mobile teams in planning, implementing and monitoring the standards of all works relating to the PPM schedule and all reactive works

Who are we looking for?
20. Previous contract management experience
21. Experience in using systems i.e. CAFM systems and operating systems to ensure stats are collated and reviewed for the business and customers meeting KPI/SLAs
22. A recognised industry qualification will be required, and previous experience is essential.
23. Technical Background with supporting qualifications
24. Experience in Mobile Technical, delivering across several customers, working in a high-volume environment delivering Hard Service Solutions
25. Good knowledge of building services and legislation
26. Good experience and track record in working in Facilities Management
27. Technical background essential
28. H&S Qualification / M&E Qualifications
29. Water Systems and Legionella Control HSG
30. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Outlook
31. Experience of using a CAFM system
32. Must have a full clean drivers licence.
33. Asbestos awareness
34. Computer literate
35. Good communicator with the clients, other service partners and suppliers.
36. Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised and able to work as part of a team.
