Responsibility
* Prepare ingredients, assist in mise-en-place, and support senior chefs
* Execute recipes consistently with proper portioning
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned kitchen stations
* Uphold food safety and kitchen hygiene protocols
* Rotate through grill, prep, pastry, or cold sections as needed
* Plate and present dishes with attention to detail
* Assist with inventory checks and food storage
Experience and Qualifications
* Previous experience in a kitchen or culinary environment (minimum 6 months preferred)
* Strong passion for food preparation and culinary arts
* Basic knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and hygiene standards
* Able to read and follow recipes accurately with attention to consistency
* Good knife skills and understanding of portioning, prepping, and plating
* Attention to detail in food presentation and consistency
* Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
* Creative flair and strong sense of product presentation
* Good communication and passionate about customer service. Good command over written & spoken English; additional languages are an asset
* Physically fit – able to stand for long hours and lift heavy trays or ingredients
* Flexible to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
* Adaptability to different cuisines and kitchen stations (grill, cold prep, pastry, etc.)
