Project Co-ordinator – Hayes - £32K Are you an organised, proactive problem-solver with a knack for keeping projects on track and stakeholders aligned? We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to support our growing team and help deliver high-impact projects on time and within budget. What You'll Do: * Assist in planning and coordinating project activities across departments * Maintain project schedules, track progress, and manage documentation * Liaise with sales channels to co-ordinate successful delivery of customer orders, undertaking follow-up action for order confirmation. * Maintain regular customer contact and ensure a speedy response to each and every customer enquiry including distributing literature to meet customer demands * Identify risks and help resolve project roadblocks ✅ What You’ll Bring: * Previous experience in a coordination, admin, or junior project role (1 year is enough ) * Strong organisational and time-management skills * Excellent written and verbal communication * Proficiency with office or an ERP system * Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure Why Join Us? * A collaborative, supportive team environment * Opportunities for growth and professional development * Opportunities for progression.
