We are seeking an experienced and proactive Process Technician to join a leading manufacturing business operating within the manufacturing industry. This role is offered on a Panama shift pattern (6am–6pm / 6pm–6am, rotating days and nights).
Key Responsibilities of a Process Technician
* Work collaboratively with the Process Manager and Shift Leader to maintain smooth production flow.
* Quickly identify and resolve process issues to minimize downtime.
* Ensure all processes comply with safety and quality standards.
* Maintain accurate documentation of process data and reports.
