Business Development Manager
At the heart of sport, music, entertainment, and culture, this business is all about creating live experiences that leave a mark. They work with some of the world’s biggest names to bring ideas to life, and they’re now looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to help fuel their next stage of growth.
Role Overview
* Location: Orpington (hybrid with travel)
* Industry: Live events, experiential marketing, brand activations
What You’ll Be Doing
* Driving new business across high-value prospects, new sectors, and existing clients.
* Opening doors with your network and building strong relationships with senior decision-makers.
* Leading pitches and proposals, supported by a talented project and leadership team.
* Shaping commercial strategy and contributing to client reviews and reporting.
* Managing a live new business pipeline and accurately tracking client activity.
* Developing a deep understanding of client needs to deliver standout solutions.
* Generating revenue through both new wins and cross-selling into existing accounts.
Main Skills Needed
* Proven track record in business development and client management.
* Experience winning pitches and bringing in high-value briefs.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, energetic approach.
* Confident presenting and engaging at senior stakeholder level.
* Strong knowledge of the live events, sponsorship, or brand marketing landscape.
* Excellent organisation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
