Kathryn Rose Consultancy has been retained to find high-calibre Senior Recruitment Consultants for an exciting recruitment group currently scaling in the North West.
This is not your typical high-volume recruitment agency. Our client is a specialist investment and recruitment group that has moved away from the "transactional" model. They operate exclusively within Modern Healthcare, Tech, and Life Sciences and focus on high-margin, private-sector niches across the UK, USA, and UAE.
This is a senior-level, full 360 role designed for someone who wants to move away from strict KPIs and toward true autonomy.

Market Ownership: You will lead a very niche specialist vertical, becoming the go-to partner for private healthcare and tech innovators globally.

Business Development: You must be a "hunter"—able to identify, pitch, and convert clients independently.

Strategic Growth: This is a "hit the ground running" role. You will report directly to the founder, working in a high-trust, low-ego environment.

Base Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 (depending on experience/billing track record).

Commission: Up to 30% with zero threshold.

Performance Security: A guaranteed bonus is available for proven billers who can demonstrate a solid track record.

Flexibility: While their office based in Central Manchester, they offer flexible hybrid working (2–5 days in-office) or remote options depending on the candidate's experience level.

You are comfortable with the entire 360 recruitment lifecycle, specifically the BD and client conversion stage.

The interview process
