Job Title: Lettings Assistant

Location: Pedmore High School, Dudley, West Midlands
We are a Multi Academy Trust comprising six secondary schools and one primary school, with over 750 employees and 5,500 students. We are recruiting a casual Lettings Assistant to support our site operations.
Responsibilities
* Support the day-to-day delivery of school lettings and undertake related maintenance tasks.
* Assist with site management during absences and holidays, with occasional work during school hours.
Experience and Skills
* Understanding of sports, leisure, recreation, and user groups.
* Polite, friendly, professional, respectful, and customer-focused approach.
* Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
* Flexibility regarding working hours, punctuality, attendance, and reliability.
* Enthusiasm for health & safety and cleanliness standards.

Additional Information
Previous experience in a school or education setting is desirable but not essential.
