Join Our Team as a New Business Manager!
Location: Home/Field Based - Oxford, Reading, Southampton, Swindon
Salary: Up to £48,000 (depending on experience) + uncapped bonus potential, company car or car allowance, and excellent benefits!
Are you ready to take your career to the next level? As a New Business Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, securing, and managing key accounts. Your passion for food and understanding of client needs will help you deliver tailored solutions that not only meet but exceed expectations!
Your Responsibilities:
* Win new commercial business with customers whose food spend ranges from £300,000 to £2 million annually through active prospecting and managing a robust pipeline.
* Build strong cross-functional relationships with prospective customers, positioning Brakes as their go-to supply partner.
* Achieve and surpass sales and margin targets aligned with the National Account New Business budget.
* Collaborate with your cross-functional matrix team to deliver high-quality tender submissions, adhering to established guidelines.
* Lead the launch of new business wins alongside the new business implementation team.
* Identify joint opportunities for securing new customers within the wider UK group.
* Contribute proactively to the National Account team by assisting in the development of business goals, objectives, and strategic initiatives.

* Results-driven with high energy levels.
* Adept at using technology for presentations and evaluating tenders with PowerPoint and Excel.
