This is an exciting opportunity to join our team on a casual contract, working in a well-established and motivated environment.
Vitaline is Blackpool’s Community Alarm Centre, dedicated to supporting independent living through advanced technology and person-to-person contact via our Mobile Warden Service.
Your role will be to help vulnerable people maintain or regain independence and improve their quality of life while remaining in their own homes.
We seek motivated, flexible, reliable, hardworking, and resilient individuals who are 'people persons' capable of adapting to change in a fast-moving, innovative, and customer-focused service.
Your duties will include providing monitoring and emergency response services to our customers through personal contact or communication equipment, and offering out-of-hours support to other Council Departments. Keyboard skills and a full driving license are essential.
The successful candidates will work on a rota, including weekends, bank holidays, and shifts.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a modern, forward-thinking service. We offer excellent staff support systems, training, and development opportunities. Previous experience is advantageous but not essential.
As a frontline care provider, we ensure compliance with government guidelines regarding current health and safety protocols.
