FJA are recruiting on behalf of our client, a company specialising in the repair and maintenance of clearwater networks based in the Derry area. They are currently looking for a Water Sampling Technician based in Northern Ireland Region.
What you'll be doing
You will use your developing expertise (working on your own or as part of a team) to resolve basic operational issues that will include:
* Collection of chemical and bacteriological water samples from service reservoirs, water treatment works and consumer taps.
* Collection of water samples from wastewater treatment sites if required
* On-site chlorine testing of water samples
* Temperature measurement of waste samples and all samples in transport
* Return of water samples to the NI Water labs within agreed timescales daily
* Delivery of samples between NI Water locations as and when required
* Completion paperwork for quality assurance requirements
* Continuously improve your development and knowledge while delivering great customer service for our clients
Who we're looking for?
