Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Sales & Marketing Manager based in Derbyshire. The Sales & Marketing Manager will oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, formulate sales strategies, and drive business growth with customers nationwide. Responsibilities include market analysis, customer relationship management, developing marketing content, managing advertising plans, and managing a small sales team. The role also involves measuring campaign performance, reaching business objectives, and identifying opportunities Nationwide within a niche engineering market.
Qualifications/Experience
* Proven expertise in Sales, Marketing Strategy, and Business Development
* Strong skills in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, and Content Creation
* BDM/Sales Manager experience able to demonstrate developing client accounts and new business wins
* Experience in Market Analysis and Strategic Planning
* Effective Communication, Customer Relationship Management, and Presentation skills
* Ability to lead teams, collaborate cross-functionally, and meet targets
* Proficiency with CRM tools, analytics platforms, and marketing software
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business or a related field (preferred)
