Electrical Surveyor - Southern Power Region - Permanent Position
£40-45K
Glenelly Infrastructure Solutions has an exciting opportunity for talented Electrical Surveyors to join our Power & Civils Distribution business working across the Southern Power Network Region.
Glenelly Infrastructure Solutions has been awarded the framework for the modernization of rising and lateral mains for Southern Power Networks. While this particular framework will run approximately 5 years, we expect to be awarded more of these frameworks in the near- and long-term future. You can be based from home, starting each day going to the work site. You will be to travelling around Southern region assessing the work to be done at each property that has been scheduled in for upgrade works. The area includes, Essex, South West and West London, Surrey and Kent.
The role will involve checking the cables that go into the internal cut out, measuring for internal and external cabling requirements and taking photos of the cutout and the external cable route.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of internal electricals and have an electrical qualification such as ECS/SJIB/JIB.
Either someone who is fairly new into their career or someone who is a graded and super experienced Electrician, we are open to everything providing that you have some experience and a relevant qualification.
We may also consider experienced electrical improvers.
This position will come with a van and a fuel card and is a permanent staff position.
