We are looking for a Marketing Executiveto join our Marketing department. This role will be dedicated to our Manchester hospitals.
HCA Healthcare UK has a strong presence in Manchester through The Christie Private Care, The Wilmslow Hospital and The Portland Hospital Outpatients, Hale. These facilities deliver world-class private healthcare in partnership with leading NHS trusts. We bring together leading consultants, innovative medicaltechnologiesandstate-of-the-artfacilities to deliver full clinical pathways across a wide range of specialties from orthopaedics and women’s health to specialist cancer care.
You’ll work across B2C and B2B activity including content production, social media, digital, PR, print and events - collaborating with internal stakeholders and agencies to deliver impactful marketing initiatives that drive patient, referrer and client engagement, acquisition and retention.
Working closely with senior leaders, you’ll gain experience in diverse marketing channels and the healthcare sector, all within a collaborative, fast-paced team that values learning, growth, and making a real impact.

What you’ll do:
1. Support delivery of marketing projects and campaigns acrossdigital, print, PR and events.
2. Manage and grow our social media presence,creatingcontent,writing,and engagingwith audiences.
3. Coordinate production of marketing materials (brochures, emails, newsletters, promotional content).
4. Manage and update website and online content, landing pages, blogs in line with SEO best practice.
5. Develop and brief creative and studio teams to develop marketing assets.
6. Capture images to support marketing and internal communications.
7. Consider and enhance the customer experience across all marketing touchpoints – aligned to brand guidelines and industry best practice.
8. Attend meetings to provide marketing updates and understand service line requirements.
9. Act as project runner for shoots, events and key activities.
10. Track campaign performance, monitor KPIs and report insights.
11. Prepare marketing reports for stakeholders.
12. Collaborate across the marketing team and proactively seek learning opportunities.
Skills & experience
13. A minimum 1-2 years’ B2B and B2C marketing experience.
14. Previous experience in healthcare sector (desirable).
15. Strong organisational and coordination skills.
16. Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
17. Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills.
18. A team player with enthusiasm, adaptability and a willingness to learn.
19. The ability to take ownership and deliver work of a high standard.
20. Clear written and verbal communication.
21. Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
22. Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
23. CIM diploma or similar qualification (desirable).
24. Commitment to safeguarding and promoting welfare of patients.
