We are looking for a proactive and organised Assistant Education Consultant to join our dynamic London team, based near Oxford Circus in central London. Your primary role will be to work alongside one of our Senior Consultants, providing assistance and support in managing a large client portfolio, providing exceptional support with candidates and clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and the recruitment industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: •Assist in the recruitment and placement of education professionals within schools and other educational institutions. •Assist with the development and maintenance of a strong candidate database. •Help manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, interviewing, and vetting candidates. •Support with client relationship management, ensuring high levels of service and engagement. •Provide administrative support including the coordination of interviews, placements, and follow-up communications. •Contribute to the achievement of targets. •Work closely with relevant colleagues to understand the nuances of education recruitment and client needs. •Collaborate with the team to deliver creative solutions to both clients and candidates..
